Frequently Asked Questions
Do you use templates?
No. Every BNP-produced newsletter is created from scratch based on the client's specifications. We never use templates or recycle previously used designs (unless requested by a client).
Can I submit my own content, or do you have to write everything?
Clients can certainly submit their own content. When you are contacted by the project manager, make sure to mention that you will not need any original content and your quote will be adjusted accordingly.
I want my newsletter to be 16 pages long. Is that ok, or do you have length restrictions?
We don't put any restrictions on the number of pages or amount of content. Every newsletter is unique and it just depends on what you are trying to say and the type of audience you are trying to reach. Sometimes it takes ten pages and sometimes it only takes two.
Do I have to take my own pictures?
Not necessarily. BNP has several professional photographers on staff who can be brought in to take original photographs for your newsletter. However, if you would like to incorporate pictures of your staff or offices, then you may need to take the photographs yourself or hire a local photographer. Please discuss this with your project manager to see if there is BNP photographer in your area.
What is the typical cost for a newsletter?
The cost of each newsletter depends primarily on three factors - the number of pages, images and articles. Please take a moment to complete and submit the quote request form and we will get back to you within 48 hours with a quote.
How long does it take to complete a newsletter?
The timeline for each newsletter is dependent on the amount of content and design that is required. Your project manager will send you an editorial calendar and timeline for your newsletter which will provide you with specific dates for each step of the process.
Do you do brochures or flyers?
Yes. BNP does accept special requests, including; brochures, mailers, sales sheets and other marketing collateral. Please make your request in the comments section of the quote request form and the project manager assigned to your account will contact you to confirm that your request is within our scope.
Why don’t you list a phone number?
The BNP team consists of a group of senior-level professionals located across the country and each customer account is handled by a specific team of designers and writers. Therefore, email is best way for us to answer your general questions. However, your project manager will be available by phone to answer questions specifically related to your project. You will receive a contact number as soon as a team is assigned to your account.
